Pack a lunch and join us for a laid-back hike to the observation tower. Meet at the Big Ferry Trailhead at 12:30 PM. The total distance is 1 mile, with a break at the observation tower to eat lunch as we enjoy the beauty of Skidaway Narrows.
This hike is accessible to visitors who require mobility assistance. Thanks to our partnership with the Aimee Copeland Foundation, an Action Track Chair is now available for reservation at Skidaway Island State Park. Reservations are limited to certified users. Eligibility requirements must be met to qualify for certification. Please visit allterraingeorgia.org for more information about becoming certified and making reservations. Getting certified is easy and approval takes about 7 days. All reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
