Did you know that Okefenokee is home to 234 species of birds? Wrangle up those binoculars and join a ranger for a hike on our Upland Pine Trail and learn the benefits of learning while birding. By the end you will have a better understanding of how the Okefenokee Swamp benefits these beautiful animals and gives a chance to many species of concern.

This is a 0.75 mile hike on flat terrain, please dress accordingly to the weather and wear proper walking footwear. Water and snacks encouraged! Hike will begin at the Pioneer Camping Lot
