Sponsored by the Georgia Historical Society, Etowah Indian Mounds will join over 100 historic points of interest throughout Georgia on Sunday, February 9th, that will open their doors to the public. Join Park Rangers for guided tours of the mounds, historic tool demonstrations, and other special museum exhibits, all free of charge.
Guided tour and demonstration times will be posted near the museum entrance on the day of the event. Expect to be outside for 1-2 hours for your visit. remember to dress appropriately for the weather!
