Join our interpretive staff to learn about foodways of the enslaved people of the Deep South. Learn the origins of some “Southern food” and early methods of food preparation and preservation. This is a fee free historical cooking program in recognition of Black History Month.
Presentation will take place behind the historic Meeks Cabin located down the hill from the park office at the Heritage Farm.
