Wild Georgia Spring Break Sprint: Turtle-y Tuesday

Tuesday, Apr 1, 2025 (10 AM to 11 AM)

Come learn about the turtles that live on Skidaway Island and the important roles they play in the ecosystem. Ambassador animals will be available to meet in the Interpretive Center. All ages welcome.

It’s spring break and you’re invited to a series of programs designed to help you sprint to the finish! Earn a “Wild Georgia” prize* when you attend multiple Wild Georgia programs.

If you attend two Wild Georgia Programs, you can receive a sticker of the Wild Georgia logo; attend four and you can receive a custom deck of playing cards, featuring protected species from the Georgia Wildlife Action Plan. To claim your prize, email a photo of your stamped bookmark to ParksRFun@dnr.ga.gov.
