Join our Rangers for a sunset hike set in the most intact mound site in North America! This hike offers visitors a unique opportunity to experience nature that only comes out in the evenings, and enjoy Golden Hour photo opportunities. A fun $5 craft based on our featured local animals will be provided in our theater!
Our site will have extended hours during the Sunset Series. Our Trails will close at 8 PM and our Site will close at 8:30 PM. Our Ranger led hike will follow our Interpretive Trail, a mile long out-and-back trail. This hike will go up to the top of our 63 foot tall Temple Mound. Dress for the weather and pack bug spray!
The Ranger led hike will begin at 6:30 PM.
