Join us for a hands-on nature program all about bug hotels!
These tiny structures provide safe spaces for helpful insects
like ladybugs, solitary bees, and beetles to nest, rest, and
hibernate. We'll explore the important roles these bugs play
in gardens and ecosystems.
After a short nature walk to discover where insects like to hide, participants will design and build their own mini bug hotel to take home, using natural and upcycled materials. Pre-registration and
pre-payment are required at the Park Office or by calling
706-663-4858.
