Join Friends of Amicalola Falls State Park, Leave No Trace, and Georgia Appalachian Trail Club in projects that include trail signage improvement, removing litter, and refreshing Amicalola Falls State Park. Volunteers and visitors can also learn about Leave No Trace principles and how to help protect our trails.

Join Friends of Georgia State Parks for a statewide day of service! Volunteers across all 63 Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites will come together to help preserve and enhance these treasured natural and cultural resources.
Parking fee is waived for all volunteers on Your State Parks Day.
What to Bring:

-water bottle
-gloves
-sunscreen
-bug spray (if you choose)
-Snacks and water will be available
-We will have projects for children 10 years and older; however, parental supervision is required for children 13 and younger.
Weather Policy: This is an outdoor event. Inclement weather may force cancellation. Check with the park if you have questions on the day of the event.
