In this ranger-led hike, we will be exploring the wilderness of Pickett's Mill during the "golden" hour, the time of day that provides that familiar orange glow. With the leaves changing colors with the arrival of autumn, this sunset hike will provide the perfect timing for landscape photography. Preregistration is recommended.
This hike will include the white trail, yellow trail, and red, white, and blue trail.

Located Take I-20 exit #44. Turn onto Thornton Road. (Highway 278) Follow Highway 278 West for 10 miles. Make a right onto Highway 92. Travel North on Highway 92 for approximately 6 miles. Look for brown Pickett's Mill signs as you continue. Turn left onto Due West Road. Continue 2 miles. Turn right onto Mount Tabor Church Road. Travel half a mile and the site on the right.
