Join a ranger on the Huckleberry Trail for a fun first-day hike! To celebrate the start of America's 250th year, we will have some history/New Year's themed trivia with prizes for correct answers. Pre-registration is required; call the visitor center to save your spot!
The trail is unpaved, 0.75 miles in total, with a mix of walking uphill and downhill. This hike is appropriate for children. Dogs are welcome, but they are required to be on a 6-foot leash at all times in the park.

Located northeast of Gainesville, on the north side of the lake. From Clarks Bridge Road, go south on N. Browning Bridge Road. At the “Y,” take the left fork and continue for one-half mile to the park entrance.
