Veterans, families, and friends are invited for a 3-mile hike. All are welcome to attend. We will discuss the history of Veterans Day while sharing stories and experiences. We will be joined by Women Veterans of the Coastal Empire. Meet at the Big Ferry Trailhead.
This hike is accessible to visitors who require mobility assistance. Thanks to our partnership with the Aimee Copeland Foundation, an Action Track Chair is now available for reservation at Skidaway Island State Park. Reservations are limited to certified users. Eligibility requirements must be met to qualify for certification.
