Join one of our rangers on a guide tour of the site including the houses, garden and cotton gin house to learn how the cotton gin changed farming in Georgia and brought about the rise in cotton as a cash crop, new cotton farms, and enslaved labor across the state.
Access to historic buildings require the use of stairs. Historic site terrain is up and down hill. Prepare for a half mile of walking.
