Join us for an easy 1-mile hike on the West Platform Trail to bird watch and learn how to identify songbirds and birds of prey like the Naturalist do. Bring your binoculars, camera, journal, and listen out for our eagles, osprey and hawks.
The Naturalist will provide each person with a bird watch check off list.
Registration is required, please contact the Visitor Center to reserve your spot.

From I-85 North or South near Newnan, take Exit 47 Highway 34 (Bullsboro Boulevard). Go west 0.8 miles. Turn right onto Highway 34 Bypass (M. Farmer Industrial Road) at 4-way stop and go 8.2 miles. Turn right onto Thomas Powers Road and go 2.7 miles to a 4-way stop. The road name changes to Hewlett South Road. Continue straight 0.9 miles. Continue straight onto Bud Davis Road and go 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Flat Rock Road. The road name changes to Bobwhite Way. Continue straight to gated entrance of the park.
