Join us for an exciting adventure at Wild Turkey Creek, where we find and learn about the fascinating creek chub, a small but important freshwater fish native to many North American streams. This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature while gaining insight into the lifecycle and habitat of this resilient species.
Please wear water shoes, bring a towel, and extra set of clothes as we will be wading through the creek.

From I-85 North or South near Newnan, take Exit 47 Highway 34 (Bullsboro Boulevard). Go west 0.8 miles. Turn right onto Highway 34 Bypass (M. Farmer Industrial Road) at 4-way stop and go 8.2 miles. Turn right onto Thomas Powers Road and go 2.7 miles to a 4-way stop. The road name changes to Hewlett South Road. Continue straight 0.9 miles. Continue straight onto Bud Davis Road and go 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Flat Rock Road. The road name changes to Bobwhite Way. Continue straight to gated entrance of the park.
