Our schedule begins with a Morning Scavenger Hunt on the Riverside Trail from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. We will then host a Midday Celebration from 12:00PM to 1:00PM featuring relay races, water games, music, and popsicles. To conclude the holiday, we invite you to join us for an Evening Glow Hike starting at 9:30 PM.
We have a variety of events planned for visitors of all ages throughout the holiday. We look forward to celebrating with you in the park. As a reminder, please be advised that fireworks and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the grounds. From I-85 North or South near Newnan, take Exit 47 Highway 34 (Bullsboro Boulevard). Go west 0.8 miles. Turn right onto Highway 34 Bypass (M. Farmer Industrial Road) at 4-way stop and go 8.2 miles. Turn right onto Thomas Powers Road and go 2.7 miles to a 4-way stop. The road name changes to Hewlett South Road. Continue straight 0.9 miles. Continue straight onto Bud Davis Road and go 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Flat Rock Road. The road name changes to Bobwhite Way. Continue straight to gated entrance of the park.
