Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with an afternoon inspired by the way the first family of Hardman Farm State Historic Site might have marked the nation’s Centennial in 1876.
Enjoy old-fashioned games and contests, black powder demonstrations, tours of the historic mansion, and exhibits featuring inventions introduced at the 1876 World’s Fair.
The celebration concludes with a stirring Patriotic Pops Concert performed by brass quartet and brass quintet ensembles from University of North Georgia.

Hardman Farm is located at the intersection of Highways 17 and 75, one mile south of Helen. The temporary entrance is on Highway 75 just north of the intersection.
Some GPS units will mistakenly take you into downtown Helen.
