Do you know a child who loves the outdoors, learning, and exploring nature? Join us at Amicalola Falls this summer for a week full of monumental moments! From wildlife exploration to nature identification, children will experience the wonders of the park through hands-on discovery and outdoor adventure.
Designed for students entering 3rd–5th grade
Join us Monday through Friday, July 13–17, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM for a week of exploration, creativity, and outdoor discovery at Amicalola Falls State Park!
This year’s theme, “Monumental Moments,” celebrates the meaningful experiences that connect us to nature; Whether it’s spotting wildlife for the first time, hiking a new trail, touching a snake, or discovering a favorite place outdoors. Throughout the week, Junior Rangers will explore topics such as nature identification, native wildlife, creek exploration, and outdoor adventure through hands-on activities, crafts, games, stories, and guided experiences in the park.
Please note: This is not a drop-off program. An adult guardian must remain on park property during program hours.
