Come out to the Heritage Farm and enjoy some demonstrations of days gone by! There will be spinning, weaving, sheep shearing, cast iron cooking, basketry and much more! General Coffee State Park will be hosting the Flatwoods Fishing Derby. All participants must pre-register at the main office before the event. Registration opens 5/1/26 closes 5/8/26 at 4 PM. Children under the age of 16 are free to enter, all other participants must pay $5 for entry. Fishing is limited to the farm pond ONLY. $5 for 16 and older, under 16 years of age no entry fee required parking fee required. 912-384-7082.
