On October 3,1924 Franklin D. Roosevelt visited Warm Springs, Georgia for the first time. To honor the 99 year anniversary of this event there will be a Ranger led guided tour to dicuss the history, geology and development of one of Georgia’s Seven Natural Wonders. In President Roosevelt's first inaugural speech he mentioned the word fear. FDR calmed the fears of millions of American during the great depression and World War II.
