Take a peaceful walk through the woods and give yourself space to slow down, breathe, and be present. We’ll connect with our bodies and senses while grounding ourselves in the beauty of nature. Pre-Registration requested. Meet at the Muscadine trailhead (0.75 mile loop, natural surface, mild elevation change).
