Join our Park Naturalist for a morning of Nature Journaling at the Overlook. We will be introduced to the concept of nature journaling, how to get started if you're new to the practice, prompts for making observations on the day, and enjoy time making observations in our journals.
editAlthough not an art class per se, we will work with various art mediums such as watercolor, pen and ink, and colored pencils. We will have a limited supply of composition books and materials available, so be sure to bring your journal and tools if you have them. We will also have some great resources available from the Wild Wonder Foundation to take home.
