Birdberry Trail Cleanup - Your State Parks Day

Fort Yargo State Park - Winder, GA
Volunteers will join us for a cleanup of Birdberry Trail. We will organize groups to pick up trash along the trail, gather and dispose of nature debris as well as clean trail heads and posts. All volunteers will receive a free daily park pass for the date of the event. We ask attendees bring hats, sunscreen, bug spray & wear closed toe shoes. 770-867-3489.

Step back in time to 1793 and enjoy an old fashioned dinner in historic Fort Yargo. Guests will be greeted by reenactors and learn about the early days of living in North Georgia. Additionally each guest will be served a hot meal prepared in the same manner as they would 224 years ago. $10 plus $5 parking. 770-867-3489.
