General Coffee State Park will be hosting the Flatwoods Fishing Derby. All participants must pre-register at the main office before the event. Registration opens 9/10/25 closes 9/19/25 at 4 PM. Children under the age of 16 are free to enter, all other participants must pay $5 for entry. Fishing is limited to the farm pond ONLY. $5 for 16 and older, under 16 years of age no entry fee required $5 parking. 912-384-7082.
