Experience sugar cane syrup making the old-fashioned way as we cook cane juice in the original kettles and press sugar cane on the steam powered press. We will also have live bluegrass music, spinning, weaving, blacksmithing, and woodstove cooking and a Civil War encampment commemorating the arrival of General Sherman's federal troops.
