How did our ancestors of the past live without electricity? Learn this and more as we explore the history of candle making. Park Naturalist will demonstrate candle making techniques. Then each participant will dip candles like our ancestors from the past. Once completed they will have their own candle to take home. $5 plus $5 parking. 706-541-0321.

We are stepping back in time to learn how pioneers survived without running water, electric or cars. What games did children play, what toys did they have? Learn this and more as we step back in time. Students will play with toys from the past, create their very own pioneer toy, churn butter by hand and make a corn husk doll. $6 plus $5 parking. 706-541-0321.
