Enjoy a ranger-led kayak paddle on the lake at Laura S. Walker. We will see wildlife and enjoy being on the water. Bring a bottle of water and sunscreen. Pre-register at the Visitor Center the day before the event to secure your spot. Space is limited. We will meet by the kayaks for the paddle. Join us for the first meteor shower of the year on the water! Paddle along Billy's Lake of the Okefenokee Swamp in search of beautiful shooting stars in the sky. This is an hour and a half paddle on still water, please dress for the weather and bring water for this program.
