If you’re new to kayaking this is the place to start. We’ll be covering the basics and building up our confidence as kayakers. Pro tips: bring water, a hat, sunglasses. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bug spray. Waterproof bags recommended. There is a limited number of spaces pre-registration is encouraged No children under age 16 $40 plus $5 parking. 770-732-5871.

Join our Interpretive Ranger for a guided paddle on Alexander Lake. This paddle is designed as a basic level paddle to teach beginners how to kayak, read the water, and general boating safety.
