80th Commemorative Ceremony for President Roosevelt Senator Raphael Warnock will be the guest speaker during this annual ceremony honoring FDR. On April 12, 1945, President Franklin D. Roosevelt suffered a fatal stroke while posing for the "unfinished portrait" at the Little White House. To commemorate his legacy, we will also have a military band and color guard.
